How to Navigate the Creator’s Earnings Report
This section will contain two useful tools Earnings Report and insights. Let’s break it down step by step so you can make the most of it.
Step 1: Accessing the Creator Feed
After logging into your Instafans account, you’ll be redirected to the Creator Feed, the main page displaying your posts and interactions with fans.
To access your Earnings Report, open the menu and click on the Dashboard option. This will open a detailed view of your earnings and key metrics.

Step 2: Understanding the Dashboard Layout
Once you’re in the Dashboard, here’s what you’ll see:
Earnings Overview:
- Total Gross and Net Earnings: A snapshot of how much you’ve earned, broken into gross (total) and net (after fees).
- Fan Retention and Reverse Rates: These stats help you understand how good you are at keeping your subscribers and stopping them from cancelling. Fan retention shows how many people stay subscribed over time, while reverse rates tell you how well you’re convincing fans to stick around instead of leaving.
- Subscribers: You can see the number of new paying fans and those who’ve renewed their subscriptions.
Time Filters:
At the top, there’s an option to filter data by month or specific dates to view trends in your performance. The graph at the bottom will change accordingly.
